Site Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Engineer to join our team. As a Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing construction projects from start to finish.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all construction activities are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

To achieve this, you will need to possess excellent problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and a strong understanding of construction management principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Execution: Manage daily construction activities, aligning them with project specifications and quality standards.
  • Quality Control: Monitor work on-site to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Resource Management: Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers for efficient resource allocation.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical guidance, resolve engineering issues, and make decisions related to construction methods and materials.
  • Site Documentation: Maintain accurate records, including progress reports, site diaries, and change orders.
  • Problem Solving: Address unexpected issues, offering practical solutions to keep the project on track.
  • Client Communication: Keep clients informed about project progress, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to verify work quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
Qualifications:
  • Degree: BTech/ BE Civil Engineering
  • Experience: 0 to 4 yrs Experience
  • Proficiency in construction management.
  • Knowledge of construction industry regulations and best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
