Job Title: Construction Site Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee the execution of civil works for wastewater treatment plants. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of RCC design, formwork, shuttering, and concrete technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise site construction activities and ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines.
  • Maintain quality control over workmanship, material testing, and safety practices.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve site-related issues and implement design changes.
  • Manage site personnel, contractors, and vendors to achieve project objectives.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and toolbox talks to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in site engineering for water/wastewater treatment plants or similar process-industry projects.
  • Strong technical skills in RCC design, formwork, shuttering, and concrete technology.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team-coordination abilities.
