**Job Overview**Are you a skilled and experienced e-commerce professional looking to take your career to the next level? We are seeking an ambitious and driven Site Merchandiser to join our team. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for developing and executing site merchandising strategies, managing campaigns and promotional events, and analyzing customer behavior to optimize traffic and conversion.
**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Develop and execute site merchandising calendars, including gate way campaigns, new product launches, program-led sales, and category-wide events.
  • Track and analyze customer behavior across search, browse, and purchase funnels to optimize traffic and conversion.
  • Design and refresh storefronts based on customer demand and purchase patterns.
  • Coordinate with design teams to create engaging, conversion-driven marketing assets.
  • Develop, test, and analyze new merchandising strategies to improve engagement and document results.

**Requirements:**
  • 1+ years of experience in Site Merchandising / E-commerce Marketing (Amazon experience preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to learn SQL, XML, and in-house merchandising tools.
  • Experience in data analysis to optimize site performance and customer engagement.
