  • Incident management process execution
  • Reliable application suite building for various systems/platforms
  • Technical support provision for life cycle planning, problem management, integration, and systems programming
  • Platform performance and availability ensuring through monitoring, timely service restoration, and tuning
  • Automation of applications tasks improving and implementing
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or industry certification in an applicable IT field, plus 3 years experience with design/administration/support of one or more platforms
  • 3 or more years as a Systems Engineer or Site Reliability Engineer
3 or more years with ops automation using scripting languages like Python or AnsibleTheories and methodologies of reliability engineering knowledge; ability to design, develop, and support tools, services, and applications for maintaining a reliable site environmentPerformance measurement and tuning: system performance, testing, and programming knowledge; ability to monitor, measure, and optimize system performance and network communicationCI/CD pipeline: concepts, values, and tools applied in building Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Delivery, and Continuous Deployment (CD) pipelines; ability to design, build, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to achieve software delivery process automationSoftware release management: strategies, practices, and tools evaluation and improvement for managing versions and distribution of software products and enhancementsApplication maintenance: production application monitoring and issue resolution to maintain optimal conditionsSoftware engineering: knowledge delivery of new or enhanced software productsAgile development: formal agile methodologies, disciplines, practices, and techniques utilization for the delivery of new and enhanced applicationsPreferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
  • VMWare VDI implementations experience
  • Dynatrace APM and synthetic monitoring experience
  • Airline applications and infrastructure technology experience
