Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Vice President to lead our organization in implementing Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) strategies. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive transformation and improve operational efficiency.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in SRE and be able to define, implement and drive the implementation of SRE strategies across the organization.

  • Define the SRE strategy and ensure its effective implementation.
  • Promote an 'Automate-first' culture by reducing toil and improving operational efficiency.
  • Develop methodologies and strategies to identify toil-heavy processes and eliminate them.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to develop metrics and actionable plans to enhance service quality and delivery.
  • Work with stakeholders to establish Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for critical services.
  • Design and implement monitoring strategies and capabilities.
  • Implement reliability improvements and conduct capacity planning.
  • Lead architectural reviews to improve reliability.
  • Drive continuous improvement from incidents.
Key Qualifications:
  • Strong background in Site Reliability Engineering.
  • Proven experience in driving SRE strategies and implementing reliability improvements.
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
