We are looking for a highly experienced professional to lead our consulting and operations functions. This is a foundational leadership role where you'll manage teams, consult clients, and ensure operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will bring industry experience (exports, GST, MCA, subsidy consulting, or CA firm background) and drive both client delivery and business growth.

  • Lead consultancy services across multiple service lines: exports, GST, subsidy management, MCA compliance, and corporate consulting.
  • Provide expert advisory to clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and maximum benefits.
  • Oversee daily operations, guiding junior professionals to achieve deadlines and maintain quality.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to convert client needs into deliverables and support business development.
  • Design and implement efficient processes, compliance monitoring, and client reporting systems.
  • Manage client interactions, audits, and consulting deliverables with complete ownership.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a consulting firm, Chartered Accountant office, or export/compliance industry.
  • Strong knowledge areas: GST, IGST refunds, exports, MCA filings, subsidy schemes, audit processes, and international trade consulting.
  • A proven track record of consulting delivery and client management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or International Business (MBA/CA Inter preferred).
  • A strong desire to grow and develop as a leader.
