About the Role

You will play a key part in supporting research, analysis, and development of state and national policy recommendations.

This role requires keen analytical abilities, attention to detail, and a passion for public sector impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research & Analysis: Conduct background research, gather data, and support preparation of actionable reports.
  • Policy Development Assistance: Contribute to drafting policy documents, manifestos, and recommendations under supervision.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Assist in preparing presentations, briefs, and analysis summaries for both internal and external audiences.
  • Continuous Learning: Keep abreast of political, regulatory, and programmatic developments.
For Manager

You will lead research and drafting of state-level manifestos and governance policy recommendations, ensuring strategic alignment of governance reforms and supporting their effective execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Policy Development & Manifesto Shaping: Lead research and drafting of state-level manifestos and governance policy recommendations.
  • Strategic Alignment & Reform Execution: Collaborate with leadership and functional teams to align governance reforms with broader strategic goals.
  • Team Leadership & Coordination: Manage governance projects and cross-functional teams, monitor progress, troubleshoot risks, and drive timely execution of key initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Field Support: Engage with government bodies, civil society, and local stakeholders; travel as necessary to support policy rollout and validate impact on the ground.
