About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Pre Sales Executive to join our team in GURUGRAM (HARYANA). As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating sales leads and driving revenue through phone calls to potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
- Handle objections and address customer queries effectively to create a positive impression of the company.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on warm leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotional offers to provide accurate information to customers.
- Participate in sales training sessions and meetings to enhance selling techniques and product knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and proficiency in English.
- Persuasive and convincing abilities to sell products/services over the phone.
- Strong negotiation and sales closing skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software or basic computer skills to manage customer data.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
The estimated salary for this role is ₹2.40LPA to ₹3LPA, plus incentives. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
