Job Title: Head of Wholesale Channel

Triumph International is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our wholesale channel in India and Sri Lanka. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our wholesale business, delivering top-line sales, and increasing geographical coverage and adding new retailers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow the wholesale multi-brand business for India and Sri Lanka
  • Deliver top-line sales, grow points of sale, and increase geographical coverage
  • Manage existing distributors, add new distributors, and manage distributor inventory, sellout, and timely payment collections
  • Deliver gross margin and channel profitability targets
  • Organize and manage the sales force to implement strategies outlined in the approved business plan
  • Recruit, select, train, direct, motivate, deploy, and evaluate sales force to achieve set objectives
  • Maintain a healthy relationship with distributors and multibrand outlets through regular visits
  • Negotiate and select prime locations for Triumph's counters in stores to reflect the brand's dominant position
  • Ensure brand visibility through brand fixtures and POS material to ensure a premium brand positioning
  • Cultivate relationship marketing with the trade to gain their support and goodwill
  • Develop designated markets and manage a team of RSMs, ASM's, and SE's
  • Plan trade and consumer offers and promotions to drive sales
  • Update on fit, style, and color movement analysis for the market to inform business decisions
  • Furnish market intelligence reports on market environment, competitive situation, and opportunities and threats facing the organization

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in the industry and 2-3 years in a similar role
  • Age mid-30s to early 40s and open to any gender
  • With a Bachelor's degree, Master's degree an advantage
