Digital Channels Product Head

As a key member of the Axis Bank team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of digital solutions for our NRI customers. This includes designing and managing products that meet the needs of our global NRI customer base, ensuring that our solutions are channel-agnostic and provide a seamless experience across all channels, including Branch, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Phone Banking, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance existing products, creating new offerings for various NRI sub-segments while benchmarking against competition
  • Enhance the NRI Proposition across sub-segments to drive acquisition, customer engagement, and cross-selling
  • Ensure the smooth flow of processes, leveraging system advancements to increase operational efficiency
  • Develop and roll out geography-specific campaigns to boost account numbers
  • Review and improve key processes to enhance customer experience
  • Leverage digital channels to enhance customer experience
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory guidelines

Qualifications

For success in this role, you should have:

  • MBA or more than 5 years of work experience in the BFSI segment, with a preference for Retail Banking experience and NRI Liability Banking experience
  • Relevant experience in NRI business, knowledge of alternate channels, and experience in NRI digital acquisition, training, and vendor management

Role Proficiencies

For successful execution, you should possess:

  • Knowledge of digital channels like Internet Banking and Mobile Apps
  • Good understanding of NRI KYC guidelines and regulations, business acumen, and customer orientation
  • Product designing and implementation skills
  • Analytical skills, interpersonal skills, and sound knowledge of NRI Liability products and processes
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaborate with various stakeholders
