International Sales and Export Manager

Wholsum Foods (Slurrp Farm and Millé) is a leading player in the FMCG space, seeking an experienced professional to oversee international sales and export operations as a Sr. Manager/Manager, International Sales (Export).
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a seasoned sales and export management expert to drive growth in our international markets. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in international sales and exports management within the FMCG/Food space.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Researching prospective markets and distributors/dealers to increase sales volumes in US, GCC, SEA, UK, and EU regions;
- Overseeing the sales pipeline by developing and executing strategies to acquire leads in the international market at all stages of the funnel;
- Planning and implementing monthly sales plans, forecasts, and targets;
- Proposing and following up on promotions, events, and trade fairs to reach sales targets;
- Benchmarking similar products/brands, schemes, new product launches, and promotional activities;
- Monitoring market trends and consumer behavior for designing future plans;
- Increasing brand visibility in international markets;
- Managing receivables across all distributors/dealers;
- Maintaining close relationships with high-value customers, establishing rapport with key decision-makers, tracking customer complaints, and ensuring timely resolution.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in business, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus;
- Proven track record of 2-5 years in international sales and exports management within the FMCG/Food space;
- In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and export documentation;
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with demonstrated ability to establish and maintain partnerships at various levels;
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical focus.
