We are seeking a seasoned Business Partner to drive strategic initiatives and enhance workplace culture. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for fostering employee engagement and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related matters.
  • Develop and implement strategies to boost employee morale and productivity.
  • Manage attendance, absenteeism, and scheduling in coordination with operations teams.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction for blue-collar/frontline staff.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain and update HR records, documentation, and MIS reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement HR policies and practices.
  • Ensure seamless HR operations across rotational shifts and multiple workforce levels.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of overall HR experience in warehouse/logistics/manufacturing setups.
  • Proven experience in managing a blue-collar workforce.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with staff at all levels.
  • Proficiency in regional languages preferred for effective employee communication.
  • Solid knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and travel across locations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems/tools.
