Job Summary

As a Shift Roster Manager, you will oversee workforce planning and deployment to ensure seamless execution of operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Strategically plan and manage workforce deployment based on projected loads and productivity targets.
  2. Ensure compliance to standard operating procedures and facility maintenance protocols.
  3. Monitor vehicle connections, availability, and timely unloading/loading of vehicles, tracking key performance metrics.
  4. Plan ad-hoc vehicle requirements based on load profiles and coordinate with fleet management.
  5. Maintain service levels and ensure performance metrics are met.
  6. Facilitate communication and coordination with various teams, including commercial, security, fleet, and last mile operations.
  7. Drive performance metrics in respective functions, such as inbound and outbound operations, floor operations, quality metrics, and first mile metrics.

Additional responsibilities include HR/Employee related Key Result Areas (KRAs), including diversity hiring, employee morale, and employee safety. You will also mentor team members and focus on capability building, identify process improvement opportunities, and drive them to closure.

This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive business results through effective workforce management.
