We are seeking an experienced proposal writer with a strong background in US government RFPs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing compliant, compelling, and well-structured proposals for federal opportunities.

  • Review, interpret, and respond to federal RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and task orders.
  • Write and edit proposal content that is clear, persuasive, and compliant.
  • Collaborate with capture managers, business development, and technical experts to gather inputs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining compliance matrices, ensuring all submissions meet solicitation requirements, and managing the proposal development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Proofread, format, and standardize documents for consistency and compliance.
  • Develop and implement effective proposal strategies to achieve client goals.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience writing proposals for US federal government contracts.
  • Strong understanding of the federal acquisition process (FAR/DFAR).
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple proposals simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • APMP certification or Shipley methodology training.
  • Experience supporting proposals across multiple industries (IT, staffing, healthcare, logistics, professional services, etc.).
