Job Title

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Proposals Specialist.

About the Role:

  • Develop and manage high-quality proposals for clients, aligning them with study protocols and integrating scientific best practices.
  • Represent the company in client meetings and industry conferences, supporting business growth and strong sponsor relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Manage proposal coordination, development, and contract management.
  2. Draft, review, and assist with change orders and revisions to documents in accordance with timelines.
  3. Optimize proposal design by identifying opportunities and needs described in RFPs and associated documentation.
  4. Identify and communicate risks associated with proposals and contracts.
  5. Meet deadlines by establishing target dates and prioritizing tasks.
  6. Prepare quality assumption tables to align with study protocol.
  7. Participate in or lead internal and external meetings related to proposals and contracts.
  8. Communicate outcomes of negotiations/proposals to the team.
  9. Represent the company in conferences and meetings to present capabilities and support business development activities.
  10. Interact with sponsors and vendors to build relationships and support their needs.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in scientific/medical writing, proposal development, or contract management.
  • 2+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or regulated industry.
  • 2+ years of iCRO experience is a must.
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, Business, Computer Science/MIS, Science, Law, or related area.
  • Knowledge and understanding of 21CFR Part 11, Good Clinical Practices (ICH E6 GCP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
