Bid and Proposal Manager Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Bid & Proposal Manager to play a pivotal role in securing high-value creative, marketing, and content delivery contracts.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing end-to-end bid processes from opportunity identification through to final submission, ensuring compliance with all RFP/RFI/Tender requirements.

  • Developing winning strategies that clearly articulate value propositions, model benefits, Gen AI capabilities, and creative solutions.
  • Crafting impactful case studies, storytelling decks, and draft proposals that resonate with senior decision-makers.
  • Maintaining a library of high-quality case studies, credentials, and proposal assets to accelerate future bids.
  • Ensuring bid governance, quality assurance, and adherence to brand standards.
  • Tracking bid performance metrics, analysing win/loss trends, and refining strategies for continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful Bid & Proposal Manager will possess:

  • Proven experience in bid management, preferably within the creative or marketing sectors.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to influence new business opportunities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with global and local teams.
  • Proficiency in Gen AI tools and technologies, with the ability to implement them in research tasks and day-to-day activities.
  • A deep understanding of creative capabilities, including writing, design, and project management.
