Job Title: Business Development Leader
Description:
This senior leadership role is responsible for the preparation and management of tenders across various sectors, including Oil and Gas and Energy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bid management, tendering, and client liaisoning.
The successful candidate will be well-versed in the bidding process and able to identify relevant opportunities through various resources. They will also have excellent communication skills and be able to maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation and submission of tenders for various sectors.
- Management of bid teams and coordination with central functions.
- Client liaisoning and relationship management.
- Tender tracking and reporting.
- Identification of new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- B.Tech or equivalent degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in bid management and tendering.
- MBA preferred.
Competencies:
- Strong understanding of the bidding process and tendering regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
