Deputy Manager - International Business

About the Position:

  • This job is about leading international sales and business development efforts in the Middle East.
  • The goal is to drive growth by creating opportunities for expansion and improving performance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Meet sales targets and maintain profit margins.
  • Expand our presence by finding distributors, agents, and partners.
  • Provide excellent service and ensure strong customer satisfaction.

Market Strategy:

  • Stay informed about market trends and competition.
  • Use these insights to define entry and growth plans.
  • Lead efforts to open new business in target markets.

Business Development:

  • Nurture relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts, tenders, and agreements effectively.
  • Manage the order cycle from quotes to delivery and invoicing.
  • Monitor payments and follow up promptly.

Sales & Marketing Support:

  • Represent us at exhibitions and trade events.
  • Track performance and share improvement insights with the team.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Product, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing teams.
  • Foster communication to meet company objectives.

Risk & Compliance:

  • Identify risks related to regulations or geopolitics.
  • Support risk mitigation planning.
  • Stay updated on trade rules and advise teams accordingly.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in international business development (ideally in the Middle East).
  • A strong track record of sales success.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects.
  • Knowledge of legal, trade, and compliance matters.
