Job Opportunity: Customization Expert

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced customization professional to lead our Finacle Core development and support initiatives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in scripting, PL/SQL, cloud technologies, and major product management applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate as a subject matter expert for on-premise and cloud-native deployments
  • Develop and maintain strong hands-on experience in Finacle scripting, PL/SQL, and cloud technologies
  • Proficiently utilize major product management applications such as Jira, Confluence, and analytical tools like SQL queries
  • Drive initiatives end-to-end with cross-functional teams, from implementation to delivery
  • Experience working in shared service projects, leading individuals and teams to design, build, and deliver various initiatives
  • Strong understanding of Application Release Management and Delivery
  • Effective coaching and mentoring skills
