**Your Day-to-Day responsibilities**:

**Preferrable Background**:
- Proficiency in **French** with a valid certification from a recognized institute or a reputed university is mandatory
- Fluency in **English** (essential for internal communication and collaboration with cross-functional, multicultural teams)
- Willingness to work during CEST hours
- 2+ years' experience in customer support or another service-oriented role
- Comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems
- Multitasking abilities to keep up with the pace of our dynamic workplace
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision allowing you to bring your unique talents to the table
- Confidence to manage your time effectively while collaborating seamlessly with your colleagues
