**What you'll do**:
As the CIS Custom Solution Expert, you will be part of CIS Growth & Strategic Programs. You will have a crucial role in shaping Customer specific solutions for our customers, re-imagining business processes with disruptive technologies like generative AI and beyond, with a desire to keep pace with the new and emerging trends, technologies, and innovations.

You with business process and Generative AI expertise, will be the trusted partner for our customers to realize benefit from cloud transformation and AI to Realize value with Customized Solutions ensuring maximum impact and efficiency Accelerate Innovation adoption for most critical business processes enhanced with Gen AI Differentiate & gain competitive edge with solutions tailored for high degree of industry relevance.

You will be responsible to drive Customer specific offerings in close partnership with SAP Internal and external stakeholders Roadmap and solution architecture alignment with Product Development Tailor custom solutions with industry relevance with Industry Business Unit Solution definition with engaged Partner for Joint Customers Support GTM Motion with curated Custom solution repository.

**What you bring**:

- 5+ years total professional experience, preferably with a majority in the customer facing role.
- Knowledge of at least one of the business processes Finance, Supplychain, Manufacturing, warehouse & logistics and customer experience
- Previous experience of working in atleast one of the SAP industries like Consumer, Discrete Manufacturing, Energy and Natural Resources/
- Previous experience of working in Cloud ERP, BTP, AI Foundation and Generative AI Hub.
- Strong Product Management and Solution Management background.
- Strong customer focused mindset and experienced in customer interactions
