**Your Day-to-Day responsibilities**:

**Preferrable Background**:

- Advanced proficiency in **English** (written and verbal) - must be able to communicate with clarity, professionalism, and empathy with international customers
- Prior experience in customer support roles catering to English-speaking markets is highly desirable.
- Willingness to work during **CEST hours (shift hours: 12:00 - 20:30 Latvia time)**
- **Willingness to work from Tuesday - Saturday**(week offs: Sunday & Monday)
- Comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision allowing you to bring your unique talents to the table
- Confidence to manage your time effectively while collaborating seamlessly with your colleagues
