About the RoleThis position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our team by coordinating employee engagement activities, supporting talent acquisition and retention initiatives, and ensuring seamless T&C administration processes.
Job Responsibilities- Coordinate employee engagement activities, including planning events and promoting company initiatives.
- Support Human Resources teams in attracting, recruiting, and retaining top talent.
- Manage administrative tasks related to contracts, personnel files, and workers' compensation claims.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain accurate and timely data in T&C systems.
- Assist in coordinating projects, initiatives, and events within the Talent and Culture department.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Completed or currently studying Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience in generalist HR or hotel operations would be an asset.
We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, we provide comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
