The Job
As a Corporate Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with end-to-end hiring and onboarding of new candidates, conserving the executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence, and maintaining the executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel.
- Assist with the coordination of new hire onboarding processes
- Provide administrative support to the executive team by drafting letters, collecting and analyzing information, and initiating telecommunications
- Maintain the executive's calendar by scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
- Represent the executive by attending meetings and speaking on their behalf
- Welcome guests and customers by greeting them and answering inquiries
- Maintain customer confidentiality and protect operations by keeping information secure
- Support the team by completing projects and preparing reports as needed
- Contribute to the development of company accounts and maintain accurate records using Tally
- Assist with generating invoices and payment follow-ups as required
The Profile

Education & Technical Experience:
- Bachelor or Master's degree or diploma in a related field
- 0-1 years of experience in a corporate environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Institutional expertise and experience working with multiple client types is an asset
