Customer Onboarding Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the initial impression of our company on customers. Your responsibilities will encompass initial onboarding, managing requests, and reviewing renewal pipelines. You will partner with our customers throughout their journey to success, providing guidance and support every step of the way.

You will serve as a product champion, driving adoption and expanding features in collaboration with our product team. This includes:

  • Improving customer onboarding processes by implementing training, implementation, and helping customers create their first solutions on our platform.
  • Managing relationships between internal and external teams to ensure seamless account management.
  • Establishing metrics and KPIs to evaluate process enhancements and overall account health.
  • Serving as a subject matter expert for our platform: partnering with clients to understand operational challenges and identifying opportunities to expand within the account.
  • Providing timely support for product-related queries.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with product management to surface customer requests and translate feedback into product requirements.
  • Maintaining an integral role in operationalizing the implementation function as the team scales.

About You:

  • A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as Technical Onboarding Manager, Customer Onboarding Manager, Solutions Architect, or Implementation Consultant.
  • Experience in project managing customer implementations for enterprise clients or consulting at the Director, VP, and Exec level of Fortune 500 companies.
  • In-depth understanding of SaaS and Cloud-based software environments.
  • A builder mindset: comfortable working in a startup environment and taking projects from concept to execution.
  • Knowledge of APIs and webhooks, along with relevant CRUD actions.
  • Understanding of database structure and system integrations.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems where answers are not readily available.
  • Experience running projects with customized roadmaps and checklists for each client's unique situation.
  • Comfort in defining customer workflow and automation requirements through questioning.
  • Ability to identify nuanced details and pain points in customer interactions.
  • Skills in creating net-new process diagrams and workflows with customers to increase value.

This is a remote-friendly position based in India, with flexible working hours.
