Job Summary

This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring seamless onboarding and compliance for US-based employees and contractors. The coordinator collaborates closely with internal teams and background verification vendors to guarantee timely completion of screenings and documentation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding Support: Assist with the entire onboarding process, including completion of documentation, background checks, system access, and exit formalities.
  • Background Verification Coordination: Work effectively with vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of screenings.
  • Compliance Documentation: Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance-related documents are completed and stored per organizational standards.
  • MSP Portal Management: Navigate various MSP portals to track and submit onboarding and compliance workflows.
  • SOP Documentation: Support development and maintenance of standard operating procedures for HR, onboarding, and compliance workflows.
  • Federal Compliance: Apply knowledge of US federal employment regulations to ensure process adherence.
  • Asset Return Tracking: Coordinate return confirmations for client-issued equipment and assets.
  • Audit Readiness Support: Prepare compliance records and documentation for internal and client audits.
