Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional with a strong interest in the renewable energy sector and sustainable development. This role is pivotal in supporting the end-to-end project development lifecycle, ensuring seamless coordination and meticulous administration.

Key responsibilities include coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project development and execution, maintaining and tracking the project pipeline, organizing and managing business development-related documentation, drafting and preparing correspondence with government bodies and regulatory authorities, and supporting vendor onboarding and payment tracking processes.

  • Project Coordination: Ensure seamless communication between internal teams and stakeholders, coordinate project timelines, and monitor progress.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project-related documents, track deadlines, and ensure compliance.
  • Correspondence and Communication: Assist in drafting and preparing correspondence with government bodies, regulatory authorities, and vendors, and provide support in executing NDAs and LDAs.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and time management skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
