  • Draft, review, and manage professional communication, reports, and presentations that reflect positively on our organization
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information with utmost professionalism and discretion
  • Track tasks, deadlines, and priorities to ensure smooth execution of key initiatives
  • Handle appointments and calendar management with precision and flexibility
  • Support business growth initiatives by assisting with proposals, presentations, and documentation

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Presentable, confident, bold, and proactive in handling meetings, decision-making support, and client interactions
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) tools
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
  • Professional appearance, with a positive and dynamic attitude
