Job Opportunity:
We are seeking an exceptional Administrative Support Professional to provide top-notch support to our leadership team, ensuring seamless execution of key initiatives and driving business growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between our leadership team and internal/external stakeholders
- Coordinate and manage meetings, conferences, and client interactions with meticulous attention to detail
- Prepare detailed meeting notes and ensure timely follow-ups for maximum impact
- Draft, review, and manage professional communication, reports, and presentations that reflect positively on our organization
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information with utmost professionalism and discretion
- Track tasks, deadlines, and priorities to ensure smooth execution of key initiatives
- Handle appointments and calendar management with precision and flexibility
- Support business growth initiatives by assisting with proposals, presentations, and documentation
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable, confident, bold, and proactive in handling meetings, decision-making support, and client interactions
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) tools
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
- Professional appearance, with a positive and dynamic attitude
