ERP Specialist

Responsibilities:
  • Good understanding of business processes including Accounts, Sales/Purchase, Human Resources, Payroll, and Point of sale.
  • Demonstrate ERP solutions to clients.
  • Develop solution design and lead clients throughout implementation and support phases.
  • Evaluate customers' requirements, needs, and objectives, transforming them into company processes, solutions, and modules being implemented.
  • Analyze and resolve complex customer issues related to data and processes.
  • Prepare detailed scope of work resulting from personalization sessions with customers to provide proposed solutions for business requirements.
  • Document customer requirements and coordinate implementation with technical consultants and developers.
  • Interact with key users and business owners to map applications to standard business processes and conduct gap analysis.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience.
  • Work experience in ERP version 14, 15, 16, 17 Community and Enterprise Edition.
  • Good knowledge of business processes, sales & accounts.
  • Previous experience in ERP implementation.
  • Quick and autonomous learner.
  • Excellent planning and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence customers to modify current business practices as required.
  • Ability to manage scope and expectations with the customer.
  • Must have analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Manages day-to-day client interaction.
  • Proficient in English language.
