Our organization is seeking an experienced financial professional to fill a critical accounting role.

Job OverviewWe are looking for a highly skilled accountant with expertise in IT/ITES export accounting, specifically in Zoho Books. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in managing complete bookkeeping, including invoices, vendor bills, receipts, payments, expenses, journal entries, and adjustments.Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage international client export invoices in Zoho Books and handle bank reconciliations.
  • Record and track accruals, prepaids, and adjustments for accurate reporting.
  • Manage vendor invoices, expense tracking, and payroll processing in Zoho Books or related tools.
  • Handle TDS, GST filings, and Softex documentation for IT/ITES compliance.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end closures with audit-ready documentation.
  • Coordinate with auditors and senior accountants to ensure statutory compliance and smooth audit processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or commerce.
  • Minimum 4 years of IT/ITES export accounting experience.
  • Mandatory hands-on expertise in Zoho Books (full-cycle bookkeeping + invoicing + reconciliation).
  • Strong exposure to audits, vendor invoice tracking, payroll processing, and compliance.
  • Detail-oriented, independent worker with excellent reporting and documentation skills.
