Job Title

Our team seeks a Knowledge Governance Lead to oversee the management of knowledge repositories and develop frameworks for effective knowledge sharing across departments.

  • This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to support knowledge management needs.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience developing and implementing knowledge management platforms, managing content lifecycle processes, and upholding quality standards for published content.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Define content lifecycle policies, including review, approval, expiration, and archival processes.
  • Maintain and uphold quality standards for knowledge management across all published content.
  • Own and manage the knowledge taxonomy, ensuring correct application across all content types.
  • Provide standardized templates and tagging guidelines for functional content creators.
  • Oversee version control processes and monitor content updates.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 7-11 years of experience in knowledge management or enterprise information management.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing and managing enterprise knowledge platforms.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to deliver results on time.
