Automation Framework Specialist

We're seeking a seasoned Automation Framework Specialist to drive the development and implementation of automation frameworks. This role is ideal for individuals with expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining automation solutions using tools like Selenium Webdriver, Appium, and CI tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-quality automation frameworks to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Maintain and improve existing automation scripts to ensure they remain relevant and effective
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for automation and implement solutions
- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using Java and testing tools like TestNG and JUnit
- Analyze and resolve technical issues related to automation, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of experience in software development, with 6 years of relevant experience in automation
- Strong knowledge of Java programming concepts and principles
- Proven expertise in Selenium Webdriver, Appium, and CI tools
- Good understanding of investment banking domain and banking systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
