Job Overview:

We are seeking a Test Automation Engineer Associate Advisor who will be responsible for designing and implementing test automation frameworks for both front-end and back-end applications.

In this role, you will design, develop, and implement test automation using various automation tools. You will also perform manual testing and collaborate with the Quality Engineering team to deliver complex projects while interfacing with external teams.

You will assess risk associated with new software implementations, review and guide code from other team members, and triage, debug, surveil, and monitor issues.

This role requires innovation, critical thinking, and decision-making skills to drive efficient and simple solutions to complex business needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, test, and maintain business applications built on Pega and Java technologies
  • Design test automation strategies for large, complex, cross-functional projects
  • Create automation test frameworks and scripts on multiple platforms
  • Lead End-to-End test calls and coordinate UAT testing
  • Identify and prepare complex test data to support test cases
  • Walk through test scenarios with stakeholders
  • Support Release activities
  • Define test processes, including required test activities, deliverables, and test schedules
  • Identify and lead process improvements across the Quality Engineering organization
Requirements:
  • 8-11 years of work experience in software or web testing
  • Expert level system test automation experience
  • Expertise developing automated test scripts using Selenium, Cucumber, Java scripting, node.js, and JSON
  • Experience developing Java code with latest web design concepts
  • Agile development methodology experience
  • Strong technical and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
