We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Account Manager to join our team at ZMTechnologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate sales, with a focus on enterprise clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Maintaining and expanding our customer base through effective sales strategies and strong relationships with key clients.
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing sales plans to achieve growth targets.
- Working closely with our sales team to execute strategic plans and achieve key customer wins.
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our customers' needs and requirements.
The successful candidate will possess:
- 2-4 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the IT hardware and networking industry.
- A strong educational background, with a degree in any field and/or an MBA.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop effective sales strategies and plans.
