About the Role

As a seasoned technologist, the Enterprise Solution Architect (ESA) will play a pivotal role in driving technical innovation and transformation within our solution sets. This individual will work closely with clients to comprehend their business drivers and corporate objectives, collaborating with internal technologists to create solutions that deliver value to our clients. By providing client and industry feedback to Ensono’s internal teams, the ESA will enable us to refine our product and technology roadmaps.

Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with Sales and Consulting teams to develop Pursuit, Solution, and Sales strategies for Enterprise clients
  2. Conduct discovery and assessment workshops to drive further penetration of client accounts
  3. Design and document solutions that meet client requirements and adapt to changing industry needs, focusing on transformation and re-platform efforts
  4. Present technical solutions and business cases to various audiences
  5. Gain executive buy-in for complex solutions through executive and senior-level technology discussions
  6. Establish trust with clients as a trusted advisor by offering consultation and recommendations drawn from insights, technology expertise, and past experiences
  7. Provide ongoing solution design support
  8. Align with Product Management to drive appropriate product enhancements and changes to the technology roadmap
  9. Aid in driving stability and innovation within client environments, creating solutions based on client requirements and available product offerings

Requirements

  1. 10+ years of experience in the hosting technology landscape
  2. Previous experience as a SA (Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect) with a hosting service provider preferred
  3. Well-versed in large Cloud, IaaS, and Datacenter outsourcing solutions
  4. Ability to create multi-tower outsourcing roadmaps
  5. Comfortable with executive-level positioning of complex solutions spanning multiple disciplines

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with hyper-scale cloud platforms (AWS and Azure)
