About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Architect to lead the design and implementation of our organization's enterprise architecture. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business processes, technology infrastructure, and enterprise-level systems integration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain the overall enterprise architecture to support business strategy and objectives.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define the technology roadmap and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to determine their potential impact on the enterprise architecture.
  • Oversee the integration of complex systems and ensure seamless communication and data flow across the organization.
  • Establish and enforce architecture governance processes, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.
  • Provide architectural oversight and guidance on major IT projects, ensuring that solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with the enterprise architecture.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with the enterprise architecture, including security vulnerabilities, system dependencies, and technology obsolescence.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in enterprise architecture design, development, and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, strategies, and how technology can drive business value.
  • Indepth knowledge of technology infrastructure, including cloud computing, databases, networking, security, and application development.
  • Proven experience in integrating complex systems and ensuring interoperability across the enterprise.
  • Experience in establishing and enforcing architectural governance and standards.
  • Ability to align technology strategies with business objectives and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Expertise in identifying and mitigating risks related to architecture, security, and technology adoption.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to influence and guide teams towards a common architectural vision.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in an enterprise architecture role.
  • Certifications such as TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework), Certified Enterprise Architect, or equivalent are a plus.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise software (ERP, CRM, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
