Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven professional to spearhead the growth of our commercial vertical by identifying, onboarding, and managing strategic partnerships.

This role will focus on creating a strong network of landowners and ecosystem partners who can support the execution of commercial construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the commercial construction ecosystem and stakeholder landscape, as well as excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • 5-8 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably in construction, real estate, or infrastructure domain
  • Strong understanding of the commercial construction ecosystem and stakeholder landscape
  • Excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach
