
Commercial Partnership Development Manager

Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and driven professional to spearhead the growth of our commercial vertical by identifying, onboarding, and managing strategic partnerships.
This role will focus on creating a strong network of landowners and ecosystem partners who can support the execution of commercial construction projects.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the commercial construction ecosystem and stakeholder landscape, as well as excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 5-8 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably in construction, real estate, or infrastructure domain
- Strong understanding of the commercial construction ecosystem and stakeholder landscape
- Excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach
