At Refining Skills Academy, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Reception Services Associate to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to our patients, visitors, and vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Management: Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and vendors with a friendly approach. Manage patient registrations, appointment scheduling, and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Financial Operations: Assist with billing and invoicing, process payments, and manage cash transactions.
- Patient Relations: Build positive relationships with patients, ensuring a pleasant and efficient experience.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, visitors, and staff, both verbally and in writing.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with MS Office and hospital management software.
- Additional Skills: Excellent communication and multitasking skills. Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
