Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Representative to join our team at Identixweb Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Operations: Manage office schedules, maintain calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements to ensure seamless operations.
  • Administrative Support: Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation as needed, and handle correspondence, phone calls, and inquiries from clients and vendors.
  • Filing and Organization: Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, ensuring documents are easily accessible and organized.
  • HR Support: Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management, and support HR functions as needed.
  • Supply Management: Monitor and order office supplies to maintain inventory levels and ensure a well-stocked office.
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate company events and meetings, ensuring all logistical aspects are covered.
  • Financial Tasks: Assist with invoicing and expense reporting, and implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
