About the Role:

Requirements:

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

- 5+ years of experience in sales management with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building successful sales teams.

- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to foster a positive and collaborative team culture.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

- Proficiency in CRM and sales tools.

Estimated Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum.
