Our team is responsible for ensuring the operational effectiveness of internal controls, which supports Business Risk Management in assessing and continuously improving the bank's control environment.

This role involves evaluating and testing internal controls, applying risk-based assurance skills to the Investment Service Business globally on behalf of the BRM team.

  • A thorough understanding of risk and controls in a financial services setting is required.
  • Experience in assessing the effectiveness of controls to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and corporate policy and procedures is necessary.
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Strong communication skills are required to interact effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Organizational and time management skills are crucial in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is also necessary.
  • A self-motivated and adaptable professional with the ability to prioritize competing priorities while meeting deadlines is ideal for this position.

Requirements:

  • 6+ Years of experience in a multinational financial services company performing work in a general risk management or control and process assessment environment.
  • Familiarity with common risk and control processes in securities trading, asset management, custody banking, or fund services is beneficial.
