Job Title: Senior Manager - Controls & Compliance

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our controls and compliance efforts.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of internal controls and compliance processes within our organization. This includes analyzing financial risks, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to mitigate these risks.

  • Develop and implement control processes to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential areas of non-compliance
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop solutions to mitigate identified risks
  • Drive continuous improvement through process automation and technology
  • Oversee the timely delivery of ICFR assessments and implement corrective actions as necessary
  • Setup and maintain a Business As Usual (BAU) process for ICFR controls testing
  • Accountable for delivering high-quality training programs to upskill team members on controls and policies
  • Mentor and develop future leaders within the team

In addition to leading a high-performing team, you will be responsible for setting direction and coaching team members to succeed.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need strong understanding of accounting principles and concepts, proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, IT tools acumen and problem-solving skills, working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Oracle or other ERP in Finance Domain, stakeholder management and people management skills.
