About the Role

As a Risk Control Assurance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring robust risk and control measures are in place.

  • You will aid in the development and implementation of strategies compliant with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Your focus will be on assessing and monitoring IT system controls to ensure alignment with established standards, as well as promoting regulatory compliance in business operations and process optimization.
  • Collaboration with international teams and cross-functional partners is essential to align risk management practices and controls initiatives.
  • You will utilize data analytics and automation tools to enhance the team's capabilities and support organizational control improvement by driving automation and streamlining processes.
About You
  • You have 3 or more years of relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably within a regulated industry.
  • Familiarity with control assurance principles in technology and/or business processes is crucial.
  • Relevant professional certifications such as CISA, CIA, CISSP, or others are highly valued.
  • Experience with data analytics and automation tools is beneficial.
  • You possess problem-solving abilities, adaptability, a learning mindset, and a team-player attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with international teams, are essential.
