Senior Risk Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Risk Assurance professional to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of risk management frameworks and have hands-on experience in controls assurance, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance.
- This role requires the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, and contribute to the development of control strategies aligned with industry best practices.
About You:
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a regulated industry, preferably with a background in SOX or similar compliance frameworks.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools and automation is highly desirable.
- Professional certifications such as CISA, CIA, CISSP are a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a global environment.
- Develop and implement control strategies to ensure robust risk and control measures.
- Assess and monitor IT system controls to ensure alignment with established standards.
- Collaborate with international teams to align risk management practices and controls initiatives.
- Utilize data analytics and automation tools to enhance team capabilities and support control improvement.
- Relevant work experience: 3+ years.
- Familiarity with control assurance principles.
- Data analytics and automation experience (desired).
- Problem-solving abilities, adaptability, learning mindset, and teamwork attitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
