Join our team of seasoned professionals as a Control Assurance Specialist. As a key member of our control assurance team, you will play a vital role in evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls within our organization.

Job Summary
  • Evaluate and test internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct detailed testing of internal controls, including ITGC, IT SOX, and Internal Controls over financial reporting and Information Security Controls.
  • Analyze results to evaluate the effectiveness of controls and identify any deficiencies or areas for improvement.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports documenting test results, findings, and recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with various departments to understand control processes and provide guidance on control improvements.
  • Assist in identifying, documenting, and assessing risks during RCSA and other GRC activities, such as developing action plans.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to control processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide training and support to staff on control-related matters.
Skills Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in control testing, internal audit, GRC, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using control testing tools and software.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
