Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance specialist to drive the testing lifecycle of medium to large regional global transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional testing initiatives, develop and document end-to-end roles and responsibilities, and establish strong partnerships with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:- Develop quality assurance test strategy and execute it adhering to governance standards.
- Maintain risk management controls and communicate initiative risks.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve strategic goals.
- Drive working groups and steering committees to achieve decision making and progress transparency.
- At least 8 years of experience leading quality assurance testing strategy for large complex change initiatives.
- Experience communicating and driving global quality assurance testing initiatives using industry best practices in a matrixed environment.
- Banking finance regulated industry experience preferred.
- Knowledge of client lifecycle processes procedures and experience with KYC data structures data flows is a plus.
- Agile project delivery environment experience beneficial.
