Job Title: Product Quality Assurance Specialist

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the quality of our products and processes. This role involves working with various analytical instruments, including HPLC, GC, FTIR, UV, Potentiometer, Polarimeter, and their associated software.

In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality. You should have good knowledge of troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve issues with these instruments.

Familiarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) is essential for this role. The ideal candidate should have experience in reviewing documents and other systems, as well as handling quality management system (QMS) related tasks such as lab incidents, deviations, out-of-specification (OOS) results, and out-of-trend (OOT) data.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality control checks on products and processes to ensure they meet our quality standards
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues with analytical instruments and equipment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality improvements and optimize processes
  • Develop and maintain LIMS documentation and quality procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as chemistry or biology
  • 2+ years of experience in a quality assurance or laboratory setting
  • Knowledge of LIMS and QMS principles
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
