Key Business Initiatives Director

As a Key Business Initiatives Director, you will drive business growth across all departments. This role offers hands-on experience in every aspect of the business, including sales, production, finance, and new projects.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute business initiatives.
  • Manage new projects from concept to launch, ensuring timely execution and alignment with company goals.
Cross-Functional Liaison

As a cross-functional liaison, you will serve as a bridge between senior leadership and department heads. Ensure effective communication and alignment across all functions to achieve company goals.

Financial Acumen

Support senior leadership by reviewing financial reports and preparing management information system (MIS) reports. Consolidate data from various departments to provide a holistic view of business performance.

Organizational Effectiveness

Collaborate with HR on talent initiatives and employee engagement strategies. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, proactively jumping into any area of the business to help solve problems and ensure 'things get done.'

Growth Initiatives

Play a key role in ensuring new product development, new customers, new markets, and new factories are executed successfully.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering is required. An MBA is an advantage. Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, such as management consulting or a growth-stage company.

Exceptional analytical, project management, and communication skills. Must have a high degree of discretion and integrity.
