Cross Border Sales Manager

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive business growth in the cross border region. As Director - Cross Border & Full Truck Load, you will be responsible for scaling up and running the business of a region, contributing to nationwide sales. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of work experience, with expertise in leading teams and managing cross-functional processes.
A strong track record of developing sustainable client relationships and driving sales performance is essential. Experience in B2B sales, market development, and territory expansion is preferred. Key responsibilities include managing the entire sales process, from lead generation to closure, and collaborating with the supply team to ensure demand and supply overlap.
You will also be responsible for building pipelines, creating momentum, and identifying industry opportunities to drive new market growth. A steady increase in sales volumes and revenues is expected, along with the creation of processes to enhance performance across the sales team.
Salary: ₹1500000 - ₹2500000 per annum.
