Director of Business Development

Duties include leading the regional sales effort for FTL and Cross Border operations at Delhivery. This involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through a variety of channels, including referrals from internal teams, networking, and targeted outreach.
Key Functions:
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to deliver tailored solutions and meet client needs
- Driving lead generation, qualification, and closure to meet or exceed individual and team targets
- Ensuring seamless data management and accuracy across Salesforce
- Fostering a culture of 100% payment collection
Requirements:
- Proven track record in B2B Client Acquisition, retention, and revenue growth over an 8-10 year period
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Experience managing teams
Package Details: A competitive salary package estimated between ₹1,250,000 - ₹1,600,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience
